Trump needs to sweep the bugs out of Mar-A-Lago before return

And do it in a very public way! Finding bugs in the crapper, clothes drawers, liquor cabinets etc. They do not have to be declared fbi sourced. No one will ever believe the fbi denial

Not to say they're not 100% spying on him, because they surely are...
But it's the 21st century. There are much more efficient ways of eavesdropping today than there were in the 1980s and 90s. Every single one of us carries a device that sees and hears our every movement and word. All they have to do is watch and listen.
There are privacy laws that prevent them from doing so, but "laws" do not matter to these people. Law is a human institution, and they consider themselves transcendent and therefore above the law.

Sounds like Enemy Of The State, the Will Smith / Gene Hackman movie where the intel apparatus harassed a labor lawyer because he was inadvertently passed evidence of a crime they committed.
His surveillance guy decided to take the bugs and wires used against the lawyer and put them in conspicuous places such as in a hotel room where a Congressman was doing his assistant.
The items being found there set off a shite storm from outside the agency to explain why that ended up there.

when i figured out my roommate during sophomore year was scrounging through my stuff, i set a trap. he ended up getting pretty mad at me for his getting caught.

The secret service would be in charge of getting this done. I think they arrange it. Who does the actual sweep? The FBI?
Every day we hear more deets about the raid. It seems as if USSS let the FBI in at the gate.
