Exactly how it went at my last job. The timeline:

1. Company begs for me to join them over my other offers
2. Because I have other offers I make demands including a higher salary + bonus structure than originally discussed
3. Company meets these demands and I sign the offer letter
4. CMO and VP who hired me get let go about 2 months in
5. New CMO gets hired and brings in Indian VP
6. Indian VP brings in Boston Consulting Group to see how the department can "be streamlined"
7. BCG sees my high salary that I negotiated and asks why I am being paid so much
8. Old leadership who hired me are not there to defend me
9. BCG recommends I be laid off
10. I get laid off along with 6 others, all white men
11. In order to receive my full severance I have to train my replacement who is an Indian
12. Said replacement Indian is extremely incapable. I "train" him, bare minimum in order to get my severance, but do not share any of my code, framework or processes. If this replacement is what the company wanted, he can stand on his own two feet
13. Mole in HR department tells me he is being paid a quarter of what I was being paid

And they were forced to assimilate and became cool folks like Kash. Now not the same they are looking into their own and taking advantage of it. Lowering white collar salaries and hiring their own even if the White guy lowered his salary wants.

I have a lot of family members watching this as a potential negative for this Trump term. If not turned around, Vance will be the one that could get hit for it and Desantis, if played right, can have his in and their votes.

People like this Indian guy is a non-native anti-American, and pro-India First.

You are correct. Frisco/Prosper have become Mumbai. Every corner is being developed by Indian family and friends. They move all of their elderly parents and aunts into their mini Mcmansions. They buy up land and sell to their villages with H1B status. Every development has an Indian restaurant, grocery, gas station and they all drive Teslas.
