There is no such thing as a "Cis" gender. That is a made up term by some fool that lives in his or her mother's basement sits at a computer all day and has nothing better to do but scream at imaginary enemies.

The person nominated will be a strict constitutionalist who will not make it up as they go along and will actually rule as the law says. The Dems can't stop it.

Just because someone does not agree with you does not make them a bad person. The day of calling someone a racist or a catch phrase and watching your enemies run is over. It's pushback time. Trump is showing the way.

This /\ and only this /\

She wanted her legacy to be written entirely around that scenario.

Had she just wanted another lib to replace her, she'd have retired during Obamaggot's tenure - she just wanted the pomp and circus associated with the first non-penile POTUS.

I’m thinking she would’ve stayed on the bench regardless; she seems like that kind of woman.

I can see that. Since many of these lifetime appointed federal judges could earn more money in the private sector, the draw is not about money. It’s about legacy. There’s a common thread of vanity among federal judges, and it’s not uncommon for them to give their eulogy some honorable talking points such as dying on the bench doing what they loved. It’s similar to soldiers dying on the battlefield, but less honorable.

It bothers me when someone talks about Vader Ginsburg in sympathetic terms.

She is not a pawn or a victim, she is just as fking evil as the rest of the Dem vermin.

I don’t feel bad because she has brought politics into the courtroom for her entire career. She has disgraced the Judiciary.

Ginsberg should have been disqualified from the bench in 2016 when she began publicly weighing in on the election.

She ain't no judge, she is an activist that has no business being on the Supreme Court or any Court really

It's a basic fricking concept in chemistry and they applied it to gender/orientation.

Can you tell us why Scalia was an activist? Maybe an opinion or two that gave you that impression?

Scalia never actively endorsed a candidate during an election like Ginsberg did.

She should have been removed and still should be

Ginsberg is the type of person that lives according to her own terms. That's kinda how she got there. Maybe she is personally concerned about her replacement, but it's nonsense to think that this is anything but her decision.

This maybe another situation that is giving the liberal left some distress. I asked a Jewish friend about his faith and how they observe passing and internment. Two days, maybe three between passing internment. Regardless of the will or wishes of the deceased, it is the children's responsibility that the rules of the faith are followed.

Every single supreme court justice we have ever had has gone to either Yale or Harvard at some point in their life. That is crazy. And even if Hillary had won and she appointed Lynch that fact wouldn't have changed. Garland either for that matter.

Would be nice to have a change to that tradition.

its not a tradition.

It's a pattern you noticed.

Even potus went ivy.
Wharton school. Pennsylvania's b school.

Do you remember that sen Cruz, tx-R started study group. Congress. He said, no minor ivy grads. Just yale and Harvard.

No, no, no, you've got it wrong.

The Party of Science assured me that there are an infinite number of genders according to ones' feels at that particular moment and that feels is an undeniable part of the Scientific Method...../s
