I think the running theory is Kanye would only help Trump in black areas that are anti-Trump but not necessarily pro-Biden.
I dont think the population of Wisconsin fits that criteria in any particular place.

It’s not a done deal that he’s on the ballot - signatures have to be verified and the left will make a massive push to keep him off since technically his rep was “late” getting things in.

True, but it's most notable in South Carolina... which ironically was the state that revived Bidens all but dead candidacy in the primaries, and it was primarily the black folks of South Carolina that did it.
The same people that basically won him the nomination could lose him the presidency.

Even if they successfully get Kanye thrown off the ballot there, it makes good fodder for Kanye to throw race cards as to why they bumped him.

So you're saying that the same South Carolina black folks who were unwilling to consider Booker or Harris because they wanted to win, would for some reason vote for a clearly unstable, washed-up musician who is running on an incoherent platform.
What exactly about Kanye West would you think is appealing as a Presidential candidate?
