What I find interesting is that he now intends to keep 5K of them there indefinitely.
Makes you wonder why it was deemed necessary to stealthily double the number of boots on the ground there.

Im gonna go out on a limb and say that national guard troops are rotating while another group rotates out. So for a week or two there will be double the troops until everyone is settled.

It’s being reported from intel that Iran has a plan to assassinate him. Yesterday Trump even said he is on their hit list. Probably why he used the old air force one plane to fly back instead of his new plane.
