They're saying there is a group of transgender aids workers that have lost their jobs due to the cut in funds. These transgenders have supposedly gone from being humanitarian types to now being "forced into sex work"/left starving and "scared."

All they have to do is start a Go Fund Me take up donations and either fly them somewhere they can get constant treatment or bring them medicine. We can’t be talking about very many people at all. The place can’t be San Francisco or the Key West.

They're talking about people whose "job" it was was to take the aid money and use it to buy/distribute condoms. Apparently it was a group of transgender people who were doing this work. So when the funding dried up they lost their jobs. Apparently in "conservative Nepal" it is hard for people who have mental illness (transgenders) to acquire jobs. So the poor trannies are either left to starve or have turned to sex work.
And this is all our fault somehow. Or Trump's.

Because primarily, it was never about just free condoms. It was also about handing out money hand over fist to corrupt managers of these programs. Why should American tax money go to fund Nepalese sex workers? When did it become a option for this country to even be involved in such debauchery? Can Nepal not find some money to buy condoms? Or how about teaching abstinence or morals? It is really getting old working 50 hours a week to support crap like this.
