I’m not the first person on this board to draw this conclusion.. but I see the MAGA movement only growing in strength as Biden/Harris torpedo this country into the ground. Remember the Obama/Biden administration was the fuse that got it all started.

Trump remains politically active and is still trying to lift the GOP from the grave, just so long as every RINO Benedict Arnold cuck who stabbed him in the back is purged from the party.

A lot of people would have called it quits after tarred and feathered by the media for 4+ years, having to deal with repugnant shite like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, then being strong armed out of politics with a stolen election

Trump must have seen some god awful horrific shite during his time in DC... or he’s just that great of a person to continue to fight for the country who spurned him. Either way he sees a strong Republican Party as the only thing that can stop the radical left... but they have to stop being selfish pussies.

It Trump can reform the political machine from outside of politics that may be the most impressive thing he’s ever done.

America First vs. America Last...seems like a no brainer, at least it should be!

I love the idea of getting rid of the RINOs. And yes he has shown a lot of guts all along. But I’m not sure that him being a private citizen is a good thing. I would rather see him be president right now!

It’s not ideal but we obviously never had a choice

Given the circumstances I’m glad he’s continuing to fight, when most people would have said frick it and just disappeared into irrelevance

This is the only thing in your post I disagree with. The country didn't spurn him. The hard working average Americans that don't buy into race-baiting, SJW, BLM, cancel culture, white guilt bullshite didn't spurn him. A very select, high ranking, exclusive class in this country spurned him. That is the media, big tech/silicon valley, and "elected" officials in damn near every office in this country. And they have tens of millions of useful idiots that take their word as the gospel as their foot soldiers/mouth pieces. I've NEVER seen EVERY level of media attack anyone with the level of hatred and vitriol that was shown to Trump. Never.

I'll be the first in line to join any potential split off third party that Trump may potentially start. Because anyone that the media/ruling class hates this much is doing right by us average Americans.

"Former President Donald Trump will soon begin screening 2022 midterm candidates who are eager to forward “America First” policies while ensuring every open Republican seat has a MAGA-approved contender vying for it."

No he is not.

You're telling me that the same Donald Trump who tried everything he could to still be President beyond January 20 is more powerful as a "private citizen"?

He didn't even have institutional powers supporting him as President where he had actual hard power as defined by law, why in the hell would you think it would be different as a "private citizen" that he could have more power?

This is just more dumb cope from his passionate supporters.

Look, I completely believe that Donald Trump is very influential and still is someone that the GOP establishment should be afraid of and should not attack because they will never win a popularity contest against him.

But the simple truth is that Trump will never be as powerful as he was when he was President of the United States of America.

If he would have let his accomplishments do the talking versus acting like a narcissist lunatic, he’d still live at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

There is a lot of power in being the face and voice of the resistance. Little downside. His followers will agree with his statements, and he doesn't have the downside of possible enacted, failed policies. He can pressure those in power, thru his enormous popularity.

I think OP is saying a martyred former president may have an opportunity to shine light on how terrible the present regime is for the country. This opportunity would not exist otherwise. Chicken salad > chicken shite.

Twitter banned the president of the United States and so have other media outlets. World leaders were in shock and fear.

If the president of the free world can be blocked, banned or censored then so can any person in this world.

Social media can control the narrative and the voice to a certain degree.

Trump can run again in 2024 but he will have to fight the fraud machine and if he pulls off a miracle then he will still be surrounded by the swampers of the GOP. And so the media will drum up more lies and they will go for a third impeachment. Nothing will be pushed forward by Trump as the GOP will join the Dems to once again stall Trump for another four years. Trump will not get anything done as president. He tried and he couldn't do it by himself. If only he had the full support from the GOP then he would still be president.

So yes the media is more powerful than the president. Trump was made an iconic figure from the media and it is his greatest strength.

He will build his media empire and use it to destroy the rinos within the GOP and he will rebuild the party. He will use it to push candidates for all levels of politics from local to the federal level that will fight against election fraud and put America first.

So either the GOP falls in line with Trump or they will be left out.

He is not politically more powerful, but he has more influence without outside interference from, well, everybody else.

He can't nominate supreme court judges as a private citizen and just wait till you see the communists Biden nominates.
