The vast majority of posters on here live in Louisiana right? Knowing what we know about Louisiana and how poor of a state it is - let’s say all I have is $15k in a checking account and I also have a $1,000 a month F150 payment with truck nuts included. I have nothing else. No retirement no other savings no anything. Do you realize I would be better off financially than over 70% of this forum? Probably not because you think wealthy people drink Starbucks and drive Mercedes or BMW. You are a clueless fool. A cuck.

You would have to be a fool to blame it all on Trump.

Yet all you do is cry about gas and grocery prices

I thought you were going to the gym then having ribeyes and bottomless mimosas?

We get it. 24k makes you feel HNW. And good for you if it does. Nothing wrong with that. The reason we are laughing is because you bragged about it like it was a flex. It isn’t a flex, man. Neither is eating a ribeye.
You like to tell other posters what actual wealthy people do and don’t do. I can guarantee you this. They don’t brag about 24k and a ribeye.

ragincajun03 just posted a thread on the O-T that supertanker rates are soaring.

As I've said, for all those who think the Strait is open and all is well, there are a number of factors that say otherwise.
- Bond markets.
- Crack spreads.
- Reserves drawdowns.
- Threatened and real diesel export restrictions.
- Fertilizer supply and price.
- Price at the pump.
Ukraine/Russia isn't helping, but that has been going on for 4.5 years. Starting this war fractured a fragile energy situation.

quote:
Roughly twenty million barrels of oil and petroleum liquids pass through the Strait of Hormuz each day, about a fifth of everything the planet burns, and traffic there has fallen by more than ninety percent since late February. Saudi Arabia rerouted what it could through the Red Sea, and the Emiratis pushed crude down a pipeline to Fujairah. Neither workaround replaces what a closed strait removes, and both have themselves been attacked.
Behind those two facts sits a third that receives far less attention and matters a great deal. Fuel is not only fuel. Diesel powers freight, and freight delivers food. Fertiliser is made from natural gas and shipped through the same contested water, and the Middle East supplies close to a quarter of the world’s urea and roughly half of its traded sulphur. Disrupt the Gulf and the price of a tank of petrol is only the beginning; the price of bread, of lettuce, of anything that must travel before it is eaten, rises with it.
What follows is an attempt to set out, plainly, how these two threats reinforce each other, and why the arithmetic points somewhere darker than most forecasts allow. The margin of error that cushioned four decades of cheap energy has been spent. Inventories are thin, the strategic reserve sits at its lowest level since 1982, spare refining capacity outside China is scarce, and the buffer that once absorbed a shock is gone. In a system without slack, small events stop being small.

So when diesel gets cheap are you going to continue driving your electric vehicle?

Brother, I’m not flexing. I’m showing you what mental midgets posters like you, DeBoar, SDVCuck, FatBastard etc are. Here is how it works on here. One of the former mentions calls me ‘fat’. I post a picture showing I’m actually 6’3 218ish with a 31” waist Then it pivots to “well you are poor!” then I post proof that I’m not poor either. Then, you pivot to something else. You get triggered by someone simply disproving your silly internet claims. That’s not ‘flexing’ sport. If I actually wanted to flex I do it a different way. Eating a steak and eggs isn’t “flexing’ either it’s completely normal to eat actual real whole foods instead of Cane’s several times a week or whatever other processed crap you eat. You are a mentally weak triggered Trumper who can’t handle even the most benign of criticisms of his actions. It’s fricking pitiful. Trump is no different than any other President he will do some good things and some bad things he’s not infallible. When someone on here mentions the bad things which have been many this term you don’t have to get so triggered and start calling people “Kamala voters”

You are preaching to the choir. They are too busy calling people ‘Kamala voters’ or ‘poor’ because we don’t want to pay for Trump’s price hike.

Damn you’re so triggered. Nobody gives a shite but you care so much it’s all you can post about.

You told me to “log off and go make more money” because I don’t want to pay for $4 or $5 gasoline. You are a god damn imbecile who wasn’t saying anything remotely close to that under Biden. I wonder why?

You may actually be more insecure than SFP.
