I believe he's telling people that, but what would be the Constitutional process by which that would occur? Let's assume there's a finding that the election results should and can be overturned (in whatever jurisdictions). There would have to be another Electoral College, right? Another certification by Congress? Another Inauguration/Swearing in? Does anyone here see all of that happening without massive unrest, if not all out war in our streets . . . perhaps even inside many of our institutions of government? This would be seismic, would it not?

We inaugurated somebody else. Whether that was done rightly or wrongly, you don't remove them from their Constitutionally defined office without a process. You don't install someone else without a process. Whatever that process, it has never been done before other than by death or by resignation. This would be totally off the map.

That may be, but we still have a Constitution and we still have the rule of law. We don't replace The Executive without a process.
