I’ve read here that Trump is a populist and not a conservative. I figured those posters were Paul Ryan types.

Was your life better before 2020 or is it better today? EVERYONE's life was worse in 2020 due to the plandemic called covid. This is what we need to compare. If peoples lives are better today, vote democrat. If not, vote Republican (which will be Trump).

His policies were much better than pedojoe. Strong economy, energy independent, low food\fuel prices, far less illegal immigration.

So you were happy about his vaccine and mask?

Happy he didn't go after China after they let the virus loose?

Authoritarian seems like a stretch. The rest seems accurate.

You act like four years of this didn't happen before.

Trump was good for 3 years, mostly because of normal conservative policies, not the populist economic nationalism that he ran on. The Paul Ryan tax cuts ushered in a great economy. Mitch McConnell played his hand brillanyly to get us another SCOTUS pick, and the federalist society made a good list for Trump to choose from. He was good on energy policy, but the trade wars were dumb and helped fuel inflation. The border was much more secure, but it had nothing to do with the wall, and much more to do with sound policies that could have been made permanent through legislation. Trump was too hung up on the optics of the wall to make that happen. The world was safer, mostly because Trump was unpredictable(that's not a bad thing btw).

But when the country really needed leadership during the pandemic and the BLM riots, he was out to lunch. He listened to the wrong people, and spent way too much money. He did everything that Fauci wanted, much to the detriment of the country.
And then he was just too insecure to admit that he lost the 2020 election, that he had to make up a cacophony of conspiracy theories about how it was stolen. Had he just admitted defeat, or conceded under protest, without causing January 6th, he could have strolled back into the White House with very little effort. His covid response and Jan. 6th will be the albatross that ultimately will keep him out of the White House.

Exactly! 1000% fact except he actually planned to say the election was stolen before the election, if he lost.

And thank the good Lord for it!

This is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, problem with our political "leaders" in DC. The fact that these MFers come to DC with pennies to their name (relatively speaking) and leave multi-millionaires is disgusting.

Ryan is correct. Just this week Trump said that a General ("a very good general") said that he has seen men fall on the battlefield, but the bravest thing he's ever seen is Trump debating Hillary Clinton the week after the Grab-Them-By-The-Pussy revelations. Hard to believe that's real but it is.

If I recall he simply said that medical professionals advised that they were a good idea. This was mostly back at the beginning when we didnt realize Fauci was to blame for most of C19.

Did he require people to have them? I dont remember that.
