The President is kept out of the loop for a reason. The documents you wanna see can’t be released because they will never be found at the War Dpt, CIA,NSA, etc, etc. Those would be kept separately so they are not subject to release by a President. Those would be kept away from Congressional oversight. The documents that would truly reveal any kind of extraterrestrial life in the universe would only ever be looked at by a select few people.

How about arresting all of those people responsible for Medicaid fraud in Minnesota, Maine, and Ohio. Then prosecute them. Do it before you lose the midterms because the republicans certainly don’t want to win, and then you can be impeached. I’m not sure the senate wouldn’t convict this time. You’re like a vampire. They know it now and know they have to take you out either by assassination (failed twice so far) or impeachment and conviction.

Not all of them are. Obama wasn't. Biden didn't even think to ask and if he had he would have been told to shut the frick up.
It's going to depend on a number of factors as to whether or not a POTUS is read in on this stuff. Mostly need to know, but also certain POTUSes like Bush Sr are going to be in a position where their connections within government are so deep that they're going to be read in on shite.
It comes down to need to know. And luckily for us, the Patriots within our government holding these secrets have decided now is the time to let them out.
Trump told you as much explicitly if you knew what to listen for. He said we have the most powerful weapons "in the universe" and that we are going to start using them. He is referring to suppressed technology here. And what that means is that the people behind the scenes in charge of these programs have decided to bring it into the light.

The people that actually know the answer to the Are we alone in the universe question operates like a shadow government. They have no interest in ever revealing this because then they would give all their power away. Plus they could be prosecuted criminally because they have been operating outside the boundaries of our government. Some of them could have even testified and lied to Congress under oath at one of these recent hearings. They will not willingly admit to what they have done until they are ready. They will never be ready until Aliens show up here and blow up the WH like in the movie Independence Day. If this ever does come out it will be because of a whistle blowing that provides true irrefutable evidence that Aliens are real.

This isn't a serious question. It can't be. The technology is kept under lock and key, obviously. They aren't just going to quit developing technologies for use in the front facing world because they have better shite under wraps.
At the end of the day, they have admitted the technologies exist. What they haven't admitted officially, YET, but has been claimed by many who were involved in these programs themselves, is that they have been reverse engineering them.
The technology is real. That cat is already out of the bag.
