Trump is trying to sweep the risk board in what’s the most audacious geopolitical gambit I’ve seen in my lifetime and if it works he will have established a “Pax Americana v2.0”.

In that scenario he will be in near total control globally and will get the chance to set an AI era Breton Woods level economic structure on his terms and could potentially end the scourge of globalism comprehensively in the west.

That said he’d have a lot more bandwidth to clean out the western hemisphere if we weren’t fighting an escalating war in Iran.

Personally I’d prioritize eliminating influence of the Chinese in the western hemisphere, reducing the supply of fentanyl and above all trying to address our own domestic issues which are of far greater importance to the average American than Iran but Trump seems all in regardless of the costs or stakes.

I just hope we have the resources to achieve all of this without breaking our system as the Soviets did trying to keep up with Reagan.
