Why am I not surprised you don't understand? He went and found money for the wall because congress would not allocate money for it. He used what money he could get to hire contractors to start building the wall. If you recall, he was actually voted out of office before the contractors were able to complete the their contracts. This is not difficult to understand.

Why would we need to find money for it? Mexico was going to pay for it. In 2016. AND 2020.
He admitted, flat out, in the past 2 weeks, he was lying about that. He lied to you. Repeatedly.
