If you can get Maher and Smith to agree with Trump that socialism/communism/Marxism has no place in the US, that could result in a few independent and center left Democrats voting for republicans or not voting at all, and that's a win for republicans.

Saw the new Tyson doc on Netflix last night. Showed Trump buddying it up with Don King. The dude has mingled with everyone. He only became unpopular with that side after getting elected.
