I think this two hours gives the republicans enough to vote on no witnesses and vote to dismiss or aquit.
If McConnel gives them the go ahead (he has the votes) they can do two four hour days and be done with this.

Sen. Debbie Stabenow just said Roberts can rule on executive privileged during the hearing itself without having to go to SCOTUS.

Nope, a challenge to executive privilege must first go to fed district court, then appellate level, then USSC. And it wouldn't simply be "Is person x covered by executive privilege or not?" Believe it or not, there would be challenges to each and every question for which EP is asserted. Because not all questions are covered. It would take many months, possibly even year(s). This is how we know the Dems aren't truly serious about expecting those particular witnesses.

But Schiff done put a fork in him; but the MSM will still say OMB. The dems will have another peach mint soon. Maxine Waters said they are awaiting portant papers and he will be done and removed.
