How are you going to reframe one of the largest religions on the planet as an ideology? Even if you could, no judge or politician on the planet is going to sign onto your argument. You can no more ban the construction of 50 mosques than you could the construction of 50 synagogues or churches.. the only answer is to protect the border and not allow millions to simply walk into the country. You also don’t as a matter of policy relocate millions of people out of a country as soon as it’s hit by a natural disaster like we are so keen to do. Can you imagine relocating millions of people along the gulf coast to European countries every time a hurricane makes landfall?

Great question. It's something I don't have a complete answer to as my practice is in Engineering and not Lawyering
This is why I sort of fall into the Convention of States bucket, because you're right. There isn't really a judge or politician ready to climb that mountain.

What are you trying to infer here? Sure we can blame Biden for the Afghanistan refugees and be absolutely correct. However, importing Islam is not strictly a democrat directive, its more uniparty in my opinion.

Please. Preferably something that takes density or per capita into account. Not just a 20 year old blonde crying there’s 50 mosques in Dallas
