Are you really that stupid?
We have ballots in different languages. Why is that? It's not so Bob and Jane can vote. It's for people who don't speak our language.
Why don't they speak English? It's taught in every school in the U.S. Every CITIZEN should at least be able to speak it.
Only citizens should vote, right? So why the foreign language ballots?
