What did he say that was incorrect.

That he “won the race for her” or is owed anything.

People win their races. Reynolds ran a GREAT campaign in 18 in a year that was absolutely brutal for most Republicans in a blue wave year.

Reynolds is crazy popular in Iowa and she owes Trump nothing. He’s acting like a child.

If he wants credit for the success of Reynolds and Desantis for doing something any Republican President should do, then he should also get every bit of blame for his candidates failures, and there are far more of those than victories.

We have two 80 year old mental midgets as the candidates for the highest office in the land. Truly sad

Well, I think there are people that can speak better than Trump, Oliver Anthony seems to do a pretty good job. Trump ought to get OA to open at his rallies.

Of course, the Left will shoot/poison his dogs.

Talk and the word "meltdown" has become worthless re having power to scorn/ridicule, as passion overrules polite and respectful dialogue. Thank the Dems for throwing the first punch. We'll see if they can take a punch back.

The entire Trump campaign strategy at this point.

The American people OWE him our loyalty and vote and anyone who refuses to do so is a Leftist.

All other candidates (unless he's personally said it's ok for them to run against him) need to drop out "for the good of the party" because they OWE him whatever they currently have and he demands their loyalty.

Even though he'll turn on any elected official he's once endorsed or spoken highly about, they ALL owe him their office and they MUST endorse him fully or else he'll rescind his support and act as if they always sucked.

Other candidates are talking policy, Trump is reminding everyone of their duty to stay loyal to him...

Of course not.

Even IF the entire election was rigged, that doesn't mean he's the best available candidate in 2024. He MAY BE, or he MAY NOT be...but we aren't locked into having him be the candidate for any reason.

I legit understand people thinking he's the best candidate. I disagree, but I get it. What I don't get is this belief that just because he may have lost the election via fraud and is being wrongly persecuted by the DOJ that means we're beholden to having him as the nominee regardless of other options.

To put in in terms some on this board may understand...

If Zach Mettenberger had gotten hurt in 2012 and in the offseason our 2019 version of Joe Burrow showed up, would we just give the job to Zach? While we may feel that Zach's final season had been taken from him due to injury, something out of his control, would we not like to see an open competition to see who fills the role...or are we all just stuck due to "loyalty?"
