That's a deflection if I've ever seen one. The New York Times can report something and be wrong later. The President of the United States can not.

Who uses the verbage "wiretapped data"? This whole thing just sucks, we are just watching the media and the president beat off into each others face.

And Trump is using that fake news from the failing nyt to source allegations of major crimes against the former POTUS.

Notice how the story makes no claims that Obama ordered any wiretapping? Hell, it doesn't even mention Trump Tower or Trump himself being wiretapped

I disagree.

What we have here is proof of one of two things:

1) The Obama Admin ordered spying on a political enemy, Trump.

2) The New York Times is a Fake News Rag and Propaganda Outlet of the Democrat Party.

Both are true, IMHO, but, logic dictates that one MUST be true.

Maybe not, but he was the idiot who just throws stuff out there without checking it. You know leader of the free world. Who has more access to true information than anyone on the planet.

I can remember when the President openly saying he first heard of things that were under his purview was from the media.

And the left completely accepting it.

New policy?

There is some nuance missing here. The US tapping the Russian Ambassador and then a campaign aid calling that Ambassador isn't the same as tapping Trump Tower phonelines, which the president was saying Obama had illegally ordered

The American on the phone should have been masked.

Someone allowed that to not happen.

There's some humor possibly irony in the fact that you're quoting a Milli Vanilli song and the fact that they were just lipsyncing fakes themselves.

What does "intercepted messages" mean and how did they go about being "intercepted"?

Why in the world is the President of the United States hysterically tweeting something on a Saturday morning from the New York Times six weeks before without checking if it is true or not?

That is utterly stupid and there's no way to spin it.

I hope he will finally learn from this, but since he has zero impulse control when it comes to conspiracy theories, my guess is he won't. But, for the good of the country, put the phone down.

That's a hell of a deflection and you're having a hell of a melt today.
