The message being conveyed is that orders being issued in the chain of command are unlawful. That is literally the message, and it is the sole reason for the cited video.

It's a general statement that doesn't require those sorts of details. Their instruction is to follow ALL the laws and the Constitution.

If I am Trump I make a video asking them to specify what orders are illegal. The ball is in your court Democrats. If things are so bad you should tell us all what illegal orders have been issued and stop trying to use US Service members as political pawns.Shameless.
