What was the point of the question though?

The POTUS has a bully pulpit and steers legislation. This is an important and hot button topic. Having a direct and clear answer to this question today seems pretty straight forward.

Not to mention, it's not exactly a gotcha' question, is it?

I can see that point. My point is more towards finding policy that can combat it long term.

Sounds pretty elitist. What else do you know about my background?

I have no clue who you are. My assumption is based upon your one sentence posts in this thread. I don’t think I’ve ever noticed you outside of the last five minutes. Still, you don’t strike me as all that bright.

Not entirely true. As we have seen, just about any of these can be spun as a “gotcha” for candidates. Hell, they spin most of what Desantis does as hating gays and trans and he’s going to lock them all up.

And the Executive Branch has its tentacles through everything in its Agencies.

You don't think, the Department of Education for instance, has vast reach through its policy?

Who gives a shite? See - this is what I'm talking about. Y'all want to weigh everything down with all this semantic bullshite. I have never and will never give a flying frick about what the president thinks about gender roles.

I want the Trump economy back and I want the Trump foreign policy back. Who else is gonna give that to me? Ron? I lived through the W presidency. I got my $300 tax credit. If I'd have had kids then, they'd probably have volunteered due to a sense of patriotism and then gotten their fricking legs blown off in Iraq. When Ron thinks we need some military intervention in Iran or Bosnia or Kosovo because someone at Raytheon wrote a billion dollar check, do I need to worry about that?

People want their money back and they don't want to bomb anybody. Trump did that. I want that back. I don't give a frick what Trump's favorite animal or candy bar is.

You associate long-winded monologuing on the internet with high intelligence? My responses didn't need to be any longer than they were. Does it bother you that I don't use more words?

I don't know anything about your education--for all I know you're a smart guy. You do seem like an insufferable a-hole, though.

I haven’t seen anyone mentioning they’re willing to take the fight to that level (which should happen), but I also haven’t dug far enough

Only for The Left, and they'd spin anything.

"No, obviously not," was not going to catch one second of shite from The Right. Disagree?

Everyone should. There's nothing more important than the culture war.

Ron would do both of those things far better than Trump. Trump destroyed the economy at the end. Destroyed it.

What does this have to do with anything?

Cool. Trump lost. He will lose again.

Pick someone with the same policy that is actually better and isn't 80 years old and doesn't give ridiculously terrible answers in every single interview he gives.

Addicted to losing.

Yeah, why would we expect the leader of The Right to be able to clearly answer the question, "Can a man become a woman?"

You guys are killing me here...

And this is why we have Drag Story Hours and little girls having their breasts removed. This stuff doesn't happen in a vacuum. If we can't get the POTUS to be unequivocal on a question like this, all the tax cuts and and foreign policy will matter very little.

Youre wish casting. One thing is for certain, DeSantis will be losing as he will not be the nominee. And please seek help.

They've been convinced DeSantis is Bush, despite literally everything he's done sine being Governor of Florida... There's no talking to them.

They all cared DEEPLY about these issues 8 months ago. All of them. There were constant threads on this board every day about them.

And then they found out Trump is weak on that issue and is too scared to take them on, and they all flipped over night into being completely neutral on every social issue.

Its really amazing. Books will be written about this election cycle and the psychological phenomenon.

You are right. Trump will be the nominee, and that is a disaster. See: the OP.

I still care deeply about it. I just don’t find anything wrong with trumps response. He said no. I understand you don’t like how he said no.
