As Jim Brown tells everyone.
NEVER agree to an FBI interview.

It sure does. Not gonna lie. If that mother fricker knew all along that the allegations against him were true and he denied it the way he has, he's no different than the rest of the swamp.

That seems like it isn't good for Trump.

It’s hilarious that a guy literally no one heard of before today could be the guy to collapse the whole administration.

The worst part of that is the lie about the timeline.
Why do that? Tell them you met with people to try and get information. Oppo research is standard SOP.

17. On or about May 13, 2016, the Professor emailed defendant PAPADOPOULOS
with "an update" of what they had discussed in their "recent conversations," including: "We will
continue to liaise through you with the Russian counterparts in terms of what is needed for a high
level meeting of Mr. Trump with the Russian Federation."
18. The next day, on or about May 14, 2016, defendant PAPADOPOULOS emailed
the High-Ranking Campaign Official and stated that the "Russian government[] ha[s] also
relayed to me that they are interested in hosting Mr. Trump."
19. On or about May 21, 2016, defendant PAPADOPOULOS emailed another highranking
Campaign official, with the subject line "Request from Russia to meet Mr. Trump." The
email included the May 4 MF A Email and added: "Russia has been eager to meet Mr. Trump for
quite sometime and have been reaching out to me to discuss."
Seems like a case of a low-level adviser trying to seem important and getting played. Also, if Russia was in cahoots with Trump, why would they be communicating through some random foreign policy adviser?

The guy was trying to set up meetings with Russians for the Trump campaign. Ends up, the Trump campaign took a meeting with Russians! Absolutely nothing to it!

i imagine they were just attacking this at all angles
i didn't read the indictment. did they ever get that meeting?
those paragraphs read like a guy in the FZ reminding the girl about that mythical date they're going to go on

They like plausible deniability.

The DNC emails were hacked and later released by wikileaks, not HRC's personal email server.
Go fish.

Before even getting into the indictment I read the screenshot in the OP and knew "The Professor" had to be female.

This seems like more thin gruel, IMO...

So, he lied about doing opposition research, which is what we've been told for the last week that "everybody does" in response to Fusion GPS being tied around their necks?
Interesting tightrope to walk.

After learning Russia had thousands of Clinton emails, Trump advisor Papadopoulos pursued an "off the record" meeting with Putin's office
Yikes

Now THIS could be bad for Trump. Still a lot of unknowns though.

Damn. Trump will be arrested today.
Posted on 10/30/17 at 10:05 am to JuiceTerry
The fact that Trump Jr and top campaign crew took the meeting literally under the premise of meeting with reps of the Russian government always showed their willingness to do so. No matter whether they ended up meeting with a McDonalds fry cook. So, this isnt terribly surprising.

Certainly seems like it can't be good, that's for sure. If nothing else, it's a huge distraction that will have to be dealt with in some manner other than juvenile
tweeting.
