You guys worship celebrities/idols.
You guys are so desperate for approval from billionaires, celebrities, singers and any 'elites' that you put them on a pedestal any time they remotely say something conservative.
See threads practically adoring Elon Musk and the quick turn-around when he criticized Trump. Democrats don't worship celebrities anywhere near the same extent - if one happens to vote Republican, there are countless other celebrities that openly say they're a Democrat so it doesn't matter too much to most Democrats.

I think you’re mistaken. There’s a few dozen PT posters that like Musk but I would guesstimate there’s many more who either don’t care for Musk or are neutral on Musk.

It's possible for people to agree with someone on one issue while disagreeing with them on another. That's what open minded people do.
You seem to think that everyone should go through a purity test.

I was not a Trump fan prior to 2016 but I voted for him because the Clintons are trash. I still don’t care for Trump’s communication style but I am a big fan of what he accomplished, against all odds. The DC government, news media and foreign “allies” acted as mortal enemies against Trump. His level of accomplishment was outstanding, especially considering the headwinds. Candidly, I have been a DeSantis fan for years.

I’m a fan of Desantis as well, but trump needs the opportunity to go scorched earth on the people who lied about him and attacked him and all of us who supported the America first agenda.
