I'm not reading 11 pages of this thread, so can someone tell me whether idiots on this board are still pushing the vaccines cause autism theory?

Anyone who, at this point and time, believes vaccines cause autism isn't a skeptic. They're a vaccine denier.

Not reading it either. Not sure. I don't think vaccines cause autism but I wonder if there's any research on them causing eczema, an immune reaction gone wonky- in simple terms. Of course if they do cause eczema, I would view eczema as an unfortunate byproduct of necessary vaccines that protect us from mass outbreaks of disease.
Just curious though if spacing them out differently and or the preservatives in the vaccines being tweaked would make vaccines "easier" on the immune system and maybe lessen lifetime eczema

That vaccines do not cause autism?
We have hundreds of studies comprising millions of subjects that point to that conclusion.
Saying children should not be vaccinated due to a fake risk, which then leads to actual children dying, is far more dangerous a proposition. And the PEOTUS just appointed someone with the latter view to some idiotic post.

You combine this with the fact that victims of vaccines cannot go after the vaccine companies and it is VERY shady at best and completely unethical at worst.
Not true, every vaccine sold has 75 cents tacked on paid by the buyer, the doctor, that goes in to the vaccine harm done fund. They would be paid out from that fund if there case wins. Most companies producing vaccines are under government contracts, it is not a profitiable sector.

False. There no scientific safety tests required. The tests done are the new vaccine vs either an old vaccine or a plain adjuvent that includes toxins like aluminum or other undisclosed elements. A scientific safety test requires the testing be done vs an actual PLACEBO. Science deniers claim this is unethical.
It would be unethical to design a placebo controlled trial against a current vaccine in place with demonstrated efficacy.

Trump is an anti-vaxxer because OF COURSE HE IS. The idiot believes every whackadoodle conspiracy theory on the internet. Why not this one?

Elections have consequences. In this case, polio.

Damn man way to jump to fire and brimstone.
Maybe the thought is that if u can get a leading skeptic on board then the rank and file skeptics might jump on board too. Is this so outrageous of an idea?!?!

We have recently had (and likely currently have) measles outbreaks linked directly to vaccine deniers that have led to the deaths of children.

Yeah, that's not how any of this works. Providing a denier a platform only serves to make him think he's right.

You should never give the government full trust. Ask the Tuskegee Experiment people.

You're not trusting the government when you vaccinate your children - you're trusting in medicine. Try it sometime.
