Have you seen any definitive info on if it will be a window of 0% capital gains or permanent and also if there will be a distinction of short or long term etc.?

No, no details yet. Just what DJT promised during the campaign. And so far, I think his promises have been pretty solid.
I would expect more to come out from the White House summit on Friday. And these will be ongoing to develop the overall crypto strategy.
