Something, something, something...

No Standing!

something, something.

I hope he wins, becomes majority share holder of Facebook and forces them to change the name to "Look at me now, bitches!" in the settlement.

But, I've got lots of hopes that will never come to be.

No bias in the reporting:
quote:

Nonetheless, Trump has continued to spread lies about the 2020 election, baselessly claiming that he won, even though state and local election officials, his own attorney general and numerous judges, including some he appointed, have said there is no evidence of the mass voter fraud he alleges.
Properly worded, as a journalist, that should read:
quote:

Nonetheless, Former President Trump has continued to speak out against the results of the 2020 election, claiming that he won. Many state and local election officials, including his former attorney general, as well as numerous judges (including some he appointed), have said there is no significant evidence of the mass voter fraud being alleged.

You can join the lawsuit by going to takeonbigtech.com

They are looking for tens of thousands to join their class action lawsuit.

And I assume you think it is just fine for the fricking Ayatollah to still have a twitter account. That a-hole calls for the death of people and Twitter lets that slide. But Trump says Rosie is fat and he gets tossed off the app.

The defense in this case will open the doors wide open for the next litigant to bring down the social media giants.

The President of the United States was silenced on their platform. There is a vested public interest in hearing what the President says. I do not see this going well for Twitter or Facebook.

I think the editorial decisions they make - require 230 to be inapplicable. Or so I would argue.

frick them. I hope the class plaintiffs own Twitter when this is done. Happy to send a resume

From the article

This will both doom any serious litigation and be a giant grift for donations.
