The first problem was not filing a motion to recuse - first it makes him stop and decide and se one gives congress a reason to consider a next possible step

The Administration has done a good job spinning this for their base
No one is trying to keep gang members in the country.
Plaintiffs are arguing they aren’t gang members and should be given a chance to argue they are legitimate asylum seakers.

Do you actually know anything about asylum law?
The actual law requires you to stop in the next country and apply
If you are here legally you can apply
Are any of these here legally ?
And asylum because you are a criminal in another country does not count in this circumstance

Follow that with their presence here illegally initially and the counterplay between their illegal entry and the deportation proceedings
Here... I will help you
Here... I will help you

Yes, an illegal alien who has filed for asylum can be deported without having their asylum claim heard under certain circumstances. If an individual is apprehended by immigration authorities and does not meet specific criteria for being allowed to remain in the U.S. while their asylum claim is processed, they may be subject to expedited removal. This can happen if they are found to be ineligible for asylum or if they do not meet the legal requirements for applying for asylum. Additionally, if an individual is in the U.S. unlawfully and does not have a valid immigration status, they may be deported before their asylum claim is adjudicated

Of the two of us…one has been in an immigration court. You are consistently so wrong on the law it must hurt. You’re a Roger level idiot.

So you know by law people can apply for asylum after entering the US “irrespective of the alien’s status.”
What you don’t seem to know is
- how to interpret a law
-how to analyze a supreme court case
- what properly invoking a privilege means
- the difference between State Secret Privilege and Executive Privilege
but i hope your mail order bride is enjoying the US

Who, specifically, claimed to be applying for asylum? Also. Do you know the proper procedure for making such a claim? Additionally, do you know the rights associated with making the claim? Of course you don’t. You’re a complete imbecile.

So why bring up asylum procedure? Which you clearly know nothing about.
