So most here assume boasbeeg is corrupt. What about the circuit appellate court that upholding some rulings? Are they all corrupt as well? Boasberg alone can't stop much if he's just gonna lose on appeal.

Does the Secretary of State have the power to revoke a visa? Yes or no?

Notice Roger didn’t address anything of substance.

This was my post:

quote:

you dumb idiot. How is it possible to be so ignorant on so many topics? The Secretary of State has plenary authority to revoke any visa at his/her discretion. The law is clear. Your ignorance is clear. Your post is so fricking idiotic it is comical.

His response is that of a defeated man (he is barely a man).

Caught, yet again, lying. You dumb frick. I’m getting bored of owning you. Do better.

Of course. Comic book law degrees are not subatantial.

Which explains why youre so ignorant of how the world works.

Again. Zero substance. Sad.

Make your argument against this.

I agree, which explains your ignorance. Comic book degrees are worthless.

The EO was simply stating the immigration laws will be followed. If you think Trump did more, post it. Otherwise, admit you were talking out of your arse again.

Going to go ahead and respond in good faith despite the fact I'm sure you'll cherry pick part of this and declare some kind of win regardless though.

I would say in general yes but I'm not aware of the limitations, if any exist on that power or the exact parts being adjudicated here. Which is why this process is in place. So both sides make their case, law is interpreted we move forward , if there's a problem there you escalate with an appeal. Many here seem to think interpreting the law is up to the president and it is not...
