I don't mind this, but I think it's more important to re-name our military installations back to original names.

Until the 20th of January, 2025

Then the ignorant, cowardly, lying, weak, jackass Dems will be no more.......................including all of them on this board.

Why is he doing all this retarded shite with Canada, Panama, Greenland, and now the Gulf of Mexico?
Imagine not being able to critically think of reasons why. You seriously dont know? He is trying to make History and shape the world as we know it. You know, leave a legacy behind for all Americans?

Its not hard to understand. It truly isnt. Greenland has resources and precious gems, Canada is basically America light and the Panama canal is key to American trade. National security and legacy. Use your brain

The Gulf of Mexico has a better ring to it.

Possible new names for the Gulf

1. Gulf of Gringos
2. Gulf of Tejas
3. Sodom and Gomorra

If the “gulf of America” actually happens I’m happy to perma-ban myself.

Trump’s gonna do a lot of good. He’s also gonna talk out of his arse. This is one of those times. I can’t believe people actually think this is serious.

TRUMP - “We will soon be changing the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America”

I imagine because of the other administrations being able to rename mountains and what not.

That seems like neo-conservative foreign policy to me, but whatever.

This will invalidate Biden’s executive orders on drilling related to the Gulf of Mexico.

It’s basically the Dems playbook. Just rename something or redefine something and the laws no longer apply (transgender).

Yeah, I think he is throwing out smokescreens to take attention off of his appointments or something. So, I'll chill out for now. But, I have a suspicion I'll be breaking this out a few times over the next term.

I had a similar response in a more nuanced way (in the GA GOP purity test thread)

The people who once had a purity test requiring support of the invasion of Iraq are now pretending like that never happened and it was a nothing burger policy that can be explained by a simple change of mind.

lol. ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS.

But I’m sure he’ll refer to it however he wants.

If it will be so AWESOME for you to hear a different name for a body of water… Then congrats are on order. Cheers!

You might not be in this class, but I would say 90% of Trump supporters on here are opposed to Bush/Cheney/Kristol/Frum/Wolfowitz/Perle/Feith/Kagan/Kagan style foreign policy.
