Possibly worse but I don't think it's necessarily all attributed to politics or Obama

That fricker had a chance to help race relations continue to get better, but he chose to throw a lit match into gasoline instead.

When he won his first election, I didn't vote for him but was proud that the USA elected a minority. I thought, "Now everyone can look at him and see they can be President one day too." He could have spread that message, but he chose "If I had a son" instead.

I'm ok w/ it. In and of itself it's not a good thing, however, it's snapping a lot of retarded whites out of carrying around the made up burden of white guilt.

That is a fantastic development in society and in the end, will make society much better by finally having way more people focusing on the real issues causing so many problems in the subsect of the "black community"....like individuals' life choices, not some boogeyman of white supremacy.

Worse at the political and media level.

No difference at the ordinary person level. This is a Louisiana and Southern generally based board. Everyone here interacts with black and white people every day, most often cordially.

Well a black kid murdered a white kid in broad daylight, confessed to it immediately, and was then funded over half a million dollars in less than a week because many black people agreed with his thuggish actions and said so in the comments section.

Would that be a yes?

I almost fell for Obama as well. I ended up voting for Hillary in the primary instead, then voted IND for the first time. Once I saw Obama was affiliated with Weather Underground and his racist church, I had a bad feeling.

Obama stirred the racial pot with a giant spoon. Racial shite seldom crossed anyone's mind before then.

I was never for Obama. I knew about his church and Jeremiah Wright from the jump, plus I've never even leaned left. That being said, I had no idea he would end up being as bad as he actually was.

I don't believe in that either.

I have, however, seen the error of my democrat voting ways.

Pushing racism is a continued power play by leftist. Doesn’t matter to what extent it exists or doesn’t exist in a given situation, it’s just pushed as a fact that is caused by whites and that it exists in every corner of our world from schools to corporations to government.

Those pushing it seek power expansion or financial gain.

I just stay away from Black people as best as I can... It's hard in the GNO area.. What I think that has gotten worse is Black people voicing their racism/hate for White people..

They are worse since Obama. They will get better the further out we get from his Presidency.

The Obama thing was flukey. He had no real political experience and was incompetent. The only thing he did well was speak from a teleprompter. The odds of another black male being raised by his white mom and ascending to political stardom in a short period and then spreading divisive messages are slim to none.

True.

It's part Obama and part social media. Don't think for a second that TikTok isn't writing the algorithm to stoke the racial divide.

That fricking long legged mac daddy set us back at least 30 years now.

We were all cool before that fricker's 8 years of division.

True, based on what I see on the Internet.

False, based on what I expirience in my daily life.

No kidding. If Pam Bondi's friend Benjamin Crump had been exposed during the Trayvon Martin Hoax, that business model might never have developed.

Where I live nothing has really changed or it might even be better, but it could be worse in other parts of the country.

The difference I see is not with race, but what adults say about sexual orientation. Things people kept to themselves for years are now being said out loud again. I think parents are afraid that their kids will be LGBTQ
