I'm hoping they try it so SCOTUS can bitch-slap it down (thus end the discussion on it once and for all). When it comes to the legality of it, it's absolutely unconstitutional as gains aren't "income" until they are realized (and there's precedent which covers this).

They want a one world government.
Every government ever constituted has been eventually turned into some form of authoritarianism. How will we ever overthrow a one-world government that turns into a totalitarian government with control of all technology? And it WILL happen.
It won't matter if it is Trumps or Clintons who rule us. If we don't control the size and scope of government we WILL end up ruled by one or the other, or someone similar.
