I don’t think the level of care matters if your are older and have significant pre-existing conditions this virus is bad
I know all virus are bad for this group but the Chinese virus seems to be worse

Grandma’s tombstone...she sure sid have a wonderful time at Marci Gras....thx mayor and the rest of the city government for making it so memorable!

So that's extrapolated out to 36,000 nation wide which is on par with the FLU for a year. Yes, I one of those assholes.
While I agree that this still has the potential to be very very bad I also think the proposed cure (shelter for 1-3 months) could be worse than the symptoms and outcomes. Yes, people will die, they do every day from a huge range of things to include among other things, the seasonal flu and car wrecks. While I hope to live for another 40-50 years my last day may be tomorrow, next week, next month, next year or next decade. We cannot live in fear and truly live.
Do the best to protect your self and loved ones but live life one day at a time because tomorrow is promised to no one. (excluding my wife promising me..... well never mind it's promised to no one)
