I don't know what to think. I vaguely remember a seemingly official narrative that he had a vest on, that was somehow widely accepted.

Valhalla is a guy that should be taken with a grain of salt when it comes to his usual shite posting about other Spec Ops guys and politics
In this case, what he is doing is accumulating content from other sources and putting it all together in one place. He repeatedly says he is not making conclusions at all, he is only questioning the veracity of the FBI timeline.

Older military rifles used less powder in their cartridges. You can't use modern cartridges or it could damage the rifle. I have a M1 Garand that requires special (less powerful) 30-06.

Agreed. He did try to timeline it and took a LIVE shot with a dummy-- life-like head. He seems butthurt about SEALs getting glory and he's tougher blah blah blah.. But he tried, you're correct.

30-06 isn’t going through tree trunks. I shoot steel plates at the shooting range from 100 yards. 30.06 isn’t pentrating 0.5” of steel, at least at any sort of distance. The only thing in that post that is remotely accurate is that it could go all the way through a grizzly…but that would depend heavily on where on the bear’s body it hit and from what distance.
Depending on the specs of whatever 30-06 round was used, the bullet has already lost 30% or so of its energy at 200 yards.

It’s almost always a bad idea to try to address conspiracy theories. It doesn’t matter what you say, the conspiracists turn any fact into further evidence of a conspiracy.

Thanks. I wasn’t really going down the conspiracy route, it was just very confusing to see a ring come off a finger like that, but I see that it is a hinge ring.
