It asserts the kid spent the night in his home after he went to a gay bar
The kid who spent the night at your home? ... Full Stop.
Most parents have had sleepovers for their kids.
The one you went to the gay bar with? ... Full Stop.
"The one" doesn't actually specify a kid.
Plus each is formatted as a question, rather than a statement.
Now I agree with you 100% in terms of the insinuations, and I'd like to see liability if the innuendos are BS (which it appears they are). But the wording may be clever enough to avoid it.

For the sake of clarity.
Puritans were about purifying the faith, not each other
Purifying meant removing all catholic sacrament and non-scriptural practices
I am going off of memory, and I could be a little off here
The way you are using puritan, is in the modern misunderstanding of the term and group that has taken root.
Puritans were legit freaks, sexually speaking

That is a reach, and a decent defense in the strictest sense.
But it wouldn't really hold up to the scrutiny of a living person.
A judge and every juror would read those sentences as I have, and I am sure you have

No. It merely implies it.
You know…the kind of thing Tim Walz has done about his resume’ his entire political career.

I don't see these questions as insinuation. They are direct questions pose to Walz to confirm or deny. It is now up to Walz answer them.

Its a "Do you remember" question. Very different.

The girl who it turns out never met him?
I agree that Walz is rumor at the moment.
Time will tell if it turns out he's a pedo or just someone who's easy to see as a pedo
Judge K turns out to have never met her.

Yep - the answers should be easy if nothing there.
IF you have to resort to the lawyering of the nomenclature - save that for the defense atty's at your trial.
No hem-hawing about being a knucklehead and misspeaking at times are appropriate to the situation.
In fact - threaten to sue the accuser and bring the heat!!!

The new tweet seems to give a lot of detail.
However, until ALL of the info is released, it is simply innuendo.
It will still be so even at that point, as only the tipster can levy an actual accusation.
Still, having the receipts (time-stamped contact info) concerning the VP acct and the MSM will be an interesting read.
Of course, that’s IF it they are produced.

Gwen Walz mentioning the Indigo Girls concert a few days after this guy asked the campaign about it does reek of trying to get out in front of something.

Most of us can easily believe that this happened.

She and her husband had grown close to a gay student years earlier in Nebraska, where the Walzes met each other teaching at a public school. The couple took the student to an Indigo Girls concert, a spokeswoman for Ms. Walz said, the rare queer-friendly event in that time.

Agreed.
That’s why producing the receipts matters. Otherwise…it simply innuendo.
