You might say that NK is a nation and thus different than the terrorists, but you should also note that its nuclear threat is asymmetric in that many people fear Little Rocket Man would fire first despite his assured destruction that Goes Without Saying. BTW, you have to say "Little Rocket Man" now, because @real has cast himself as "Big Rocket Man" in the reality show he's writing on Twitter, and no one would know who you're talking about if you just said "Rocket Man."
