The court needs dismantled. As it has proven that it is used for more than the prevention of terrorist attacks.
Bottom line... how can Trump obtain the paper trail of a court that isn't suppose to exist in the ways it is utilized?

The judges of FICA Court, of course have bias as they were all but maybe one; politically appointed at one point.

Listening to Sen. Tom Cotton on Fox Chris Wallace...dodge, dissemble and obvuscate re whether or not Obama tapped Trump. 
And this is EXACTLY why we elected a rogue like Trump; because if not for Trump's Twitter Bombs...the Republicans would do exactly what they have done for the last eight years. Protest and *investigate*...while Obama rams through his stuff and CORRUPTS Federal Bureaucracy (NSA/Rosen, IRS/Tea Party/Fast n Furious/DOJ, et al).
Trump's Twitter puts the impetus on the MSM and Congress to REFUTE Trump's claim of tapping. Of the which can NOT be refuted, because Obama's DOJ/FBI did tap Trump. And others.

Beyond that instance, HT; though such likely was the final straw for the ego-sensitive Trump to jump in.
Beautiful kids and winning smile aside, Barack Obama is a ruthless Ideologue, Chicago Politics version. We knew he wasn't going away post-election, and that Trump was going to have to FORCE him into submission to the will of the electoral majority. This is the beginning of that 'war'. And Trump can carry on this fight (he has no choice to stay on offense) while cleaning out the Bureaucracy, Regs, EO's and pushing Congress to enact policy.

A, question, 14...but no longer "the" question.
Trump may have legitimate business interest with Russia; far more above board that Hillary's State Dept. sign off/approval for ONE FOURTH of American Uranium while Bill received a ton of bucks for a speech, and millions to their Foundation. That MUST be included in the whole *Russian* thing.
And the FBI works for DOJ/Lynch/Obama. It is a virtual and absolute surety that Obama not only knew of Lynch's FICA request (first and second), but that he surely approved of it. That is his job; not to do so - or to do so - in the then current electoral dynamic where he openly endorsed Hillary and slammed Trump...well...there is the Watergate comparison.
Rotten to the core. And now - thanks to Trump's Tweet - this can not be swept under the rug. Congress needs to get off their asses and Trump needs to get a Deputy AG in there to form a Grand Jury and begin issuing subpoenas. Let the chips fall where they may.
IMO, Obama finally pushed it too far. He lost me for good when he pulled that IRS crap. Now, the people should know the whole truth...if we are to move forward toward real healing and unity.

I completely agree that when Obama inserted her myself not the election, it turned into a Watergate type of affair. The difference is that it also involved the Justice Department and the Judicial Branch for issuing the wire tap warrant.
This may turn into a compete Constitutional crisis where we now have two of the three branches of government spying for political purposes. Whoever the FISA Judge is that issued the warrant, this person needs to be impeached from office, imdmediately. Loretta Lynch and James Comey need to be brought before a Grand Jury.

Look I am a Trump supporter and voted for him but your post is filled with supposition.
To me there are a couple of issues.
- It is apparent that the Trump campaign had contacts with Russian operatives. What was the nature? Was there any knowledge of the hack of the DNC? and did anyone purjer themselves? Now it may turn out not be anything but it as apparent that there was contact despite their position to the contrary.
- The DOJ and FBI, in theory, is independent from the Presidency. However, it is apparent that Trump was in fact being monitored. Now who directed this and what was Obama's role or someone on his staff's role? How much of this was directed from the Oval Office.....or at least what can be proven because I am under no illusion how Obama utilized his DOJ
