One of the many fake news articles out after the FBI Trump raid said 'nuclear codes;' and who could have passed by and saw them in a open international resort?
IOW's they are saying w/o saying that China, SA or Russians (at this golf tourney) saw classified documents and wanting people to form in their imaginations that Trump sold them a quick read.
And or this golf tourney was negotiated with the promise of classified documents? Pay for play?
It is anybody's guess and this is mine.

It means Trump is a target, no matter what he does or doesn't do in life or in business. The only thing that would make it stop is if he withdraws his candidacy, vows never to run for anything again, and slips away quietly forever.

All of this stuff seems like obvious political bullshite nonsense designed to keep non-stop stink on Trump. The appearance of impropriety is all they care about.
However, if he did actually commit crimes with involvement with LIV, and that is what "took him down", it would be kinda hilarious.
(Just to be clear, I certainly don't believe that to be the case and think everything they throw at him is nonsense)
