While there are many reasons Mueller will not testify, here are the TOP 3 -

FIRST
Mueller was just a figurehead. He wasn't involved in the day-to-day operations of the SCAM. The Deep State SCUM that orchestrated the witch hunt knew that naming FILTHY, CORRUPT, sHitlary SUPPORTING/DONATING SYCOPHANT Weissmann as the lead investigator would never fly. So, they put Mueller "in charge" and Mueller immediately hired Weissmann to do all the dirty work. I wonder if Mueller even had a choice in hiring such a discredited scumbag like Weissman or if it was all part of the deal. Remember, it was just revealed that it was Weissmann who hired all of the sHitlary donors/sycophants onto the Mueller team.

As a result, Mueller doesn't really know a lot about the inner workings of the investigation. This was a Weissmann SCAM from the very beginning.

SECOND
Piggybacking off the first reason, Mueller will not be able to answer any questions with respect to how his report came to accept rumor, innuendo, and plain bullsh!t as "FACTS" in his report. Because neither Mueller's team nor the FBI ever had access to sHitlary's nor the DNC's server, the "facts" presented in Mueller's report are completely unverifiable and could NEVER be presented in a court of law -- or even to a Grand Jury. Mueller would have to admit that either he has no f*cking idea how his team made up these "facts" or would have to admit that he relied fully on sHitlary's bought-and-paid-for IT handlers to "make up" his "facts" out of whole cloth. THIS alone will debunk his entire f*cking report.

THIRD
Perhaps most important, Mueller will have to explain why he completely ignored the Russian interference that was handed to him on a silver f*cking platter. He would have had to do very little investigating to find that it was sHitlary, the DNC, and Odumbf*ck's intelligence community that engaged in collusion with the foreign spies and the Russian government by paying Russian government operatives for a debunked "dossier" that was then used to spy on the Trump campaign.

Mueller's job was to find Russian interference. It was PUBLIC F*CKING KNOWLEDGE that sHitlary and Odumbf*ck illegally paid for the RUSSIAN HOAX of a dossier. After lying about it for a year, sHitlary finally admitted that she paid for the dossier ONLY AFTER two Perkins Coie lawyers were subpoenaed to testify before Congress. WHY DIDN'T MUELLER'S TEAM EVEN LOOK AT THIS OBVIOUS F*CKING COLLUSION?

I imagine you typing all of that out with the random capitalizations, asterisk curse words and just general rambling nonsense and then taking a step back, realizing it looks good to go and this is the message you want to publish, and then hitting submit feeling really good about yourself.

He's way more right that you two want to admit.

and if Mueller did testify, you guys would be mad at that and accuse him of being a political whore seeking the spotlight.

“His report has been released and there was no collusion so why does he need to talk about it on front of Congress?!?”

^ I can see those threads now

MAKE NO F*CKING MISTAKE ABOUT IT -- I want Mueller to testify PUBLICLY. I also want Weissmann to testify publicly.

They have A LOT of explaining to do.

Further, I don't know any Conservative that is against Mueller testifying publicly. The only people trying to protect Mueller are the Dims in Congress -- primarily because they know what a complete piece of f*cking garbage the Mueller report is.

As I believe that Barr recorded his conversation with respect to the letter he received from Mueller after release of Barr's summary, I want Mueller to be sworn in and go on the f*cking record.

Are you really f*cking stupid enough to believe that the Dims aren't trying to protect Mueller? Seriously? Why aren't they subpoenaing him and demanding that he immediately testify publicly before Congress?

Seriously, you just cannot be THIS F*CKING STUPID.

I really don't give a frick one way or another what Mueller does. He had his chance and shot a blank. He has nothing left one way or another to add.

Ask yourself this, how hard would it have been in his 448 page political hit piece to simply state:

"The investigation leads the Special Counsel's office to the belief that the actions of Donald J Trump obstructed the integrity of this investigative process."

Why didn't he do that? He obviously had no love for Trump as evidenced by his selection of his investigative team. Why didn't he just come out and say it?

1. It would effectively end the democrats’ obstruction hysteria.

And yet it seems Conservatives are the only ones that want him too. You liberals are the ones now not wanting him to come out after yrs, and tens of million of $ in build up that was a total flop.

I really want to know why he knew from day one that their was no "collusion", a few months to confirm that, and he kept it going for so long to close it done. Should he pay back his salary for all that?

What would you like to know from him?

Dude (or dudette) your typing style discredits your post. You read like some drunk who stumbled on a keyboard and starting randomly typing. I don't know if your opinion is valid or not because I didn't read through all that childish gibberish. Wake up or sober up or both and give it another go.

/\ THIS /\

I want Mueller hammered on the decision process following first recognition that the DNC/HRC garbage was the only thing they had to go on - and what his questions were to Rosenstein on "why did you assign this piece of shite to me?"

And I want this in PUBLIC - no hiding behind the 'closed door' that allows the Democrat asshats to leak out their 'version' of what was going on.

I want Mueller DESTROYED - and his 'sterling reputation' to be toss in the trash along with the other pot metal trinkets you could buy at a tourist stop in Mexic.

That's exactly what Nadler wanted to happen back on April 10 but then about four days later he changed his tune. Interesting to say the least.

Well it is even simpler than this:

Mueller won't testify in public so the Dems and their Media can leak whatever they want, all the while framing whatever narrative they want for the public with these "closed door" meetings.

It is really that simple.

When you are creating Idiocracy, this is how you orchestrate it.

This one. Mueller could twist the knife for a long time on just spewing tidbits and innuendo but he will get smoked and discredited if he testifies before Congress and is asked about his turning a blind eye to HRC, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe etc. And add to that having to pony up how he picked the most partisan staff of investigators you could imagine.

How can the Dems have a closed door meeting without some republicans being there? A subpoena to a one party closed door meeting doesn't seem to have any merit to me. If Mueller volunteers then I see your point.

Ignore boosie dumbass. I think this is a good thread premise. I agree that he won’t testify, and the dems will once again out themselves as duplicitous assholes when they don’t try to subpoena his dental records and batting averages from his Tee ball years.

I think he is ultimately the same as Comey. He doesn’t want to appear political, even though reality is bitch slapping him across his trademark square jaw right now. He doesn’t want to be forced to stand on his decision not to indict on obstruction since he’d have to blow dumbfrick dem narratives to ashes in order to do it. Conversely, he could end all of this with a simple written statement much less testimony, but he won’t because he clearly loathes Trump and believes he’s somehow threaded the needle of exoneration without taking away all of the dem’s insane political accusations.

I think you are right about him being a figure head. Because collusion was blown up so early, I think Mueller set up how this investigation would play in the buildup to a known conclusion- spending months crafting the desired political and reputational outcomes. The staff did all of the work - Mueller crafted the political aspects of it to satisfy republicans while still giving dems a small crack to sliver through.
