I think Trump should mute himself during Biden’s two minutes and make Biden have to put together coherent explanations of his ideas/policies for that entire time.

For sure, I meant if they try and mute/censor Trump during his two minutes. Don't put it past them to put in place a rule that each candidate has two minutes so long as he answers the questions asked.
