Perhaps you could explain in greater detail? Because while you implicitly suggest you understand exactly what's happening, you've yet to verbalize it beyond the level of "everything you think is stupid is actually a genius move that's so smart that you actually think it's stupid". You can just use the phrase dunning-kruger instead here, which is overused, but supposed to mean the phenomenon of someone having such little knowledge that they are unaware how little they know, that they're so uninformed they can't even conceive of being wrong.
And as for beginning to see. Sure. I mean I'd read George Lakoff's takes on Trump last summer and they align with what you appear to be trying to suggest now. But if that stuff applies, and this really is another Trump orchestrated distraction, explain the framing?
Because those book excepts just pushed the debate in the absolute opposite way Trump wants it going and that's with a recent victory on tax still providing an afterglow. Doesn't add up to me.
