She was given full due process. None of her rights were violated during the prosecution.
She's a person who is a terrible example of having her brain rotted by QAnon bullshite. Had she not had this psychological condition, I'm sure she could have accepted a plea deal and avoided this, but her brain was much with QAnon "logic" that convinced her that she was innocent. You can see the rambling incoherence in the statement in OP.
It's sad how people let that silliness literally dissolve the brains of so many. This is borderline elder abuse.

Well to be a whistleblower and get the proper protection, you have to follow the rules.
