She was physically and violently attacked while in prison.
The video was shown.

She is lucky to be alive.

It was not “stress free” at all.

you’re so stupid it makes my head hurt. Quit watching msnbc and actually look up the laws. She was the clerk of court who preserved the election records as she was supposed to.

The Secretary of State did the same thing and she’s about to run for governor

I don't think you understand the game that's played in high profiles.....man, th ignorance here is off the charts.
Suddenly they get cancer, or attacked, or hurt, or all...thats the way to the door for these elites.

You still don't realize what politics is.....your an audience member watching a big production. They are all on the same team...
Sure, a few wins here, losses there...but their power, pay, and wealth stays in tact and multiplies several times. Then they leave, and the new cast comes in

Every prisoner cries about how they’re sick and dont receive proper care, how they’re attacked, etc. Anything to get out. Hell I would too. Guarantee she makes a miraculous recovery now

You're wrong. I never really got to discuss the sentencing b/c so many people have so many problems with the facts. We have to get those right, first.

Just look at the post to which I replied above

You are the LAST person on the planet who should be talking about "facts." You have been wrong on this case from the beginning and you are still wrong

I know you are viewing this through your "Patriot" hat — but by the letter of the law, is that not a crime?

What's the law?

I can't believe you still think your bullcrap is going to work on me. I AM SFP PROOF BUBBA

Her mandate was the preserve the records and the county was overwriting them. This has been clearly established. You can whine about MUH DECEPTION like a little mental midget baby but you are going to lose, like you always do with me

The deception shows she did not follow proper procedure.

That deception was a large part of the illegality.

It's like you never learn which is why I'm pretty sure you have asperger's. It's compulsive for you.

Her "procedure" is to preserve the records. She's the clerk of court. If she sees that the records are going to be destroyed, it is ENTIRELY within her purview to have a SME preserve the records. The county whining about it afterwards is post hoc, ergo propter hoc. Now go google that so you can know what the conversation is about. After the election, everything is public domain. If dominion has shoddy IT practices, that's their fault, not Peters'. But I totally get you have no idea what I'm talking about.

The "illegality" is about as clear as a river in India

Overly harsh, but her lack of remorse did her no favors.
