People are innocent until proven guilty.
Government is guilty until proven innocent.
Our election systems are government run. We should should consider them not credible until clear and convincing evidence rebuts that presumption.
What Tina showed reinforces the presumption.
A paper ballot system cast by a verified citizen would be a solid rebuttal.
