Follow the law and go public with words, not stolen goods.

quote:

You are in possession of fraud.

That would be a crime, so no.

She was never legally in possession of that data (and that's permitting your assumption of fraud, for purposes of this discussion, as fraud hasn't been proven at all).

So, you’re ok with a sick, old woman sitting in jail for pointing out the corruption in her state’s voting??

Liberals are sick people.

You know the truth but will argue against it because that is MO. We get it. Everyone gets it. That is why no one takes you seriously. You do serve the purpose of more posts on this forum. Congrats, I hope you are being payed well.

I know Tina Peters FEELS innocent to you, you’re big in your feelings on stuff like this, but her crimes were quite clear and the evidence against her was strong.

I know I know, some Twitter weirdo saying otherwise and all, but that’s actually not as relevant as you want it to be.

the problem here is, she didn't point out any corruption in the state of colorado's voting. she just broke their laws and is paying the price for doing so

Sooooo it's okay to hold Americans accountable with the law, but when people cross the border illegally they should be.... exonerated...?

Why not keep the data herself?

Follow the whistleblower statute requirements?

She should have retained you ahead of time. Two benefits:

1. She would be in better shape legally, since you know everything.

2. We wouldn't have to read you making these same comments on every thread, because you'd be in danger of breaking privilege.

And the corruption goes unchecked. But liberals don’t care- “by any means necessary.” Right???

The facts are that 29k votes were changed or deleted. Facts. Not feelings.

Feelings is liberals celebrating her incarceration for pointing out the election fraud.

Here are the facts-

Tina Peters backing up the elections data before they bleach-bitched the systems clean, gave Americans a rare opportunity to analyze before and after the tampering — and it shows clear and deliberate manipulation of the voting systems.

• Audit trail deleted
• System logs deleted
• Voting files replaced with new files

Now we know why the Democrat judge Matthew Barrett in her case refused nearly all of her evidence, witnesses, and defenses, then sentenced her to nine years to rot in prison — because if this went nationwide, it would confirm Dominion also took part in the conspiracy to overthrow the U.S. government in 2020.

In other words: It was her duty to preserve the finger print, the DNA, the blood type of how Dominion got to the totals of the 2020 and the 2021 election.

Tina Peters: “And when they compared the two images, they discovered that election records had been deleted and altered. Twenty-nine thousand of them.”

This is a great example of evidence and eVIdEnce. The judicial standard is a real thing, it has hold up against legitimate scrutiny.

The funny thing, we both agree nothing will happen, but only one of us actually understands why.
