I have "friends" who are acting totally bat shite crazy over this faux grinding episode.

I've decided that unless I need them for business reasons, I won't engage with them again for personal reasons. They simply don't bring enough to the party to be tolerated for their vitriolic TDS rants.

Seeya, wouldn't want to be ya....

I'm starting to believe that Trump didn't initiate this craziness which is being shown, but simply exposed it.
There are really many many mentally ill people out there who are now banning together in hopes that by sheer numbers, they can appear sane.

My brother is a complete left wing nut. I do not engage him on politics because he is out there. I don't even find speaking to him in any capacity that fun anymore, because over the past few years he always brings politics into the conversation, no matter the subject. Even in the family group text.

Should Kav be confirmed, I intend to call him immediately after the vote and not mention it just so I can witness the inevitable melt.

Is this wrong?

It's because they no longer live their lives. They live through a prism of liberal ideology. It's really weird.

No it’s absolutely the correct thing to do.

Just let him speak and get it out of his system.

You are doing him a favor.

Sorry, I choose to not engage with individuals nuttier than a pile of squirrel shite.

I don't need the drama. Do you?

It's not about being in an echo chamber. Go to any Sky Screamer gathering spot and see the vitriol and hate being spewed. It's not healthy.

I used to debate and engage with these people. No more. Waste of time on waste of protoplasm types.

Also, I don't need to be called deplorable, hate filled, bigoted, or any other debate ending label. Please don't call me a racist or bang on me because God chose to create me as a white southern male. Not my fault but I'll take whatever advantages my ancestors attempted to carve out of the wilderness for me and the other descendants of the founders of this country. Knickers in a twist? Too fricking bad.
