You aren't concerned that there is potential for our electoral processes to be compromised?
You aren't concerned that the last 3 Presidential elections in which Democrats have lost they have came up with some bullshite excuse as to how someone, somewhere cheated for 6 months after said election but suddenly when Obama won , there was no cheating involved in those two elections, and then when Hillary waas thought to be a shoo in we were assured "no one can hack our elections" then suddenly when Trump beats her "Russia hacked our elections?"
Am I concerned about cheating in our elections? Of course, but I'm more concerned with the outright danger the DNC represents to democracy with their bullshite.

2000: Butterfly ballot and the Supreme Court
2004: Ohio's Sec of State
2016: Russia
Democrats are pussies.

No. 1. either i was too young to actually know or care, or 2. they ran a shite campaign and just lost. Hillary especially, fricking awful campaign.

then why are you bringing up results of other elections? This is the issue at hand.

You care more about party affiliation than our country as a whole? Weird stance, but ok.

Realizing that the DNC is a criminal organization masquerading as a political party has nothing to do with party affilitaion. I have no such party affiliation. I'm not particularly fond of the GOP either. But they aren't outright criminals.

None of the intrusions affected the vote count itself, all the officials testified.
That has not reassured some Hill leaders. “There’s no evidence they were able to affect the counting within the machines,” says the top Democrat on the House Intelligence committee, Congressman Adam Schiff of California. But, he added, “the effect on the election is quite a different matter.”
If, IF, this actually occurred, and the vote count was not affected, then how in hell was there an "effect on the election?"
The Russians have been meddling since I was a kid in the fifties and before. The US has been meddling for the same length of time. We block their efforts, they block our efforts. It was a huge part of the cold war, a high-stakes game of one-upmanship, and continues to this day.
Until we fail to prevent them from compromising an election, I don't see why people are getting their panties in a wad about it. Short of obliterating DC and the Kremlin, how can it be stopped? With a RESET button?

While I think the DNC sucks, and in bad need of house cleaning reboot, I certainly disagree that it is a "criminal organization". So on that we will have to agree to disagree.
But, that isn't really about the issue of voter rolls being changed by hackers. I'd love to hear your thoughts on that.
Instead of using every thread as a personal vent session about how much you hate the opposing political party and more about the actual issue, maybe we could #makepoliboardgreatagain. or at least, have some civilized discussion that is badly needed in this time of extreme polarization. (especially without baseless attacks ie. calling me a liberal.)

If true, which I doubt. Explain how this would have prevented a single solitary person from voting

Simple, at least in theory. Hacker changes information on voter roll. Person voting information doesn't match, or potentially in some cases doesn't exist in system. Voter is either disqualified or rejected from voting, despite doing everything right registering.
This report proves it can (and perhaps has), be done. Very few things I am totally unflexible on: First Amendment Freedom of Speech protections, and Voting Rights (despite my wish that some idiotic people didn't vote)

Then this is a problem for Obama and his people because he was in charge.
The next thing that will come out....just to keep this bullcrap rolling is that hackers actually manipulated votes in ....wait for it....wait for it....Pennsylvania, Meeeeshigam and Wisconsin.
I give the over under on that accusation about 10 - 12 days
The Dems will want to call for a "do over".....4 mos.

what does "changed" mean?
Because in the "16 election if someone would have shown up to vote and their name was gone from the register you would have seen that person giving interviews on every TV station. Democrats have scoffed at the notion of voter fraud but since queen B got smoked it's all of a sudden voter fraud.

of course, but if they aren't registered to vote then they aren't registered to vote.
if this impacted republicans, yall would be going apeshit.
Hell, I almost want to hire hackers to hack republican counties and swap their voter rolls just to piss yall off.

Not a leftist. I'm far from what normal people would consider 'liberal'.

I think it is a problem for every american. Especially Congress, who have been woefully slow and behind an upping our cyber protections with legislation.

Albeit, somewhat a separate issue, this has happened. Ohio wrongly purged voters.
