Another person too short-sighted to see that the only thing a third party would do is elect Democrats.

There will only be two major parties.

If both parties don't represent us, we will vote accordingly.

You must be on the Democrats' payroll. I'm sure conservatives would love to have several more dem appointees on SCOTUS and would also enjoy having their taxes raises to 70%.

But hey, at least we broke the GOP!

Let it all burn.

ull shite. Provide a link saying Desantis only has a 23% approval rating.

Here is a poll 5 days ago saying Biden and Desantis are tied, but Biden leads Trump by 10 points.

Here is a poll saying among Republicans in Texas, Desantis has an eleven point lead over Trump.

2 years out from the election? Oh, well let's just give up on everything and go with those numbers then. We've all seen how accurate poll numbers have been in the 2020 and 2022 elections!

Happy to take the heat for you. Glad to know I'm not the only person on here who sees things for what they are--the 'MAGA Base' is not sufficient to win elections, as it drives away moderate and independent voters who we need. Winning elections is about building a broad coalition, not pandering to a base.

Until the GOP feels the heat from acting counter to their representatives interests, nothing will be done.

By allowing non-effectual incumbent Republicans to lose, we allow new Republicans who represent the will of the people to take office.

I'll vote Democrat for 8 years if it means we lose all these crap members and get a new lot.

The difference right now is vote Democrat and lose quickly vs vote Republican and lose a little less slowly.

Republicans have a losing platform. To be clear, they DONT have a platform outside of being a vote against Democrats.

I want to vote for a person that wants to change things. Current congress critters need to lose to make that happen.

I'm fully willing to do that if they aren't willing to make changes happen. (They aren't)

Wrong. Politics is not football. You don't win by being on the winning "team".

You win by having your views sent to Washington.

So if those people don't represent your views, you have lost.

More moderate candidates are not a win. It just dilutes your will.

Trump cannot have the media spotlight be away from him so he had another temper tantrum on Truth Social calling for the Constitution to be abolished. Perfect ammo for the MSM to continue to demonize conservatives.

TDS is spreading. Forget Trump, the left within the Federal Gov actually violated the constitution. You are falling for the MSM deflection. They colluded as well.

Yeah! Had trump remained silent ... our state media would've been all over the story of our state turning big tech into state tech. Sumbitch trump must've also said something a few decades ago, because the state media didn't even cover it when they were turned into state media.

Trump EXPOSED the problems created by entrenched, career Politicians and Media Whores, then became the scapegoat for DARING to refuse to "ignore that man behind the curtain".
