This time Twitter literally censored one of Trump's tweets.

Can we steer the looters to Twitter HQ?

Did they though? Putting a warning on it isn’t the same as removing it. I initially thought they removed it and was fricking pissed.

ETA

Now, the fact they don’t do this to the kaepernick tweets or literally the thousands of celebrities is bullshite and needs to be screamed from the roof tops

I guess I think of the comment differently... I think it means that it devolves into gunshots, like happened in Kentucky last night. 7 people shot

I’m hearing they are now censoring tweets that were posted 2 years ago.

I didn't even consider that he could have meant it like that

I thought he was saying the military was going to gun down looters like Chris Kyle pretended to

Very convenient that censoring starts as the summer season heats up prior to the election

Twitter did it to make it seem like he was sending in the military to kill people when he was implying this massive looting will lead to violence towards each other. Very petty move by Twitter but we all know the media is going to run hard with this one.

allow me to translate our President's message:

To the governor " if you need help we will bring in the Military"

"but just so you understand Mr Governor, my definition of help means if and when the looters begin their thuggery, it will end very quickly...."

“When the looting starts, the shooting starts,” is a threat coined by Miami Police Chief Walter Headley, who promised violent reprisals on black protesters in 1967. He also said: “We don’t mind being accused of police brutality. They haven’t seen anything yet.” LINK

Good Lord no. When people start looting, they also start shooting. And people get killed. That's what he meant.

CNN et al will run with "Trump threatens to bring in the military to shoot looters" though.

There was no glorifying of violence, what so ever.

Twitter is lying. It's just that simple.

well he is going to have to clarify what he meant because it can definitely be read that way.
