Well first of all, I’m not sure what regime change in Iran does to make America great again. We are likely looking at another ayatollah or Al-Qaeda coming in.
But also, it’s not America First. Rubio said Israel basically told us they were going to do this with or without us. If we had not gone with them, potentially millions of Americans would have been trapped in the Middle East or killed. This is their war, and they have cornered us into doing their dirty work.
