I know the vast majority of y’all dont believe me and want to think President Trump’s pure awesomeness won the 2016 election, but Bernie or Biden would have won a close race in 2016. It wouldn’t have been a big victory but Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania all three would have voted for Bernie and he would have won over Trump. Black people liked Bernie better than Hillary and the blue wall states liked him too.

I agree, but thats a non sequitur....that actually proves my point.
I was down on Trump in the run up to the election...I changed my mind based on results. I was wrong and accept that.
My point was that the brainwashed mind is incapable of evolving based on new information.
That is the heart of brainwashing...you don't allow new information that conflicts with the rote learned dogma.
What don't you understand about that??

Thats not why I (I know you're not referring to me) disliked the format and performance. It's not that it would cause "Deplorables" to vote for Bernie, it's that it rallied their base to potential activism.
